The Kalinka Group is a global business, which means your personal information may be transferred and stored in the UAE Kalinka and other countries which may be outside your country of residence. We will take appropriate steps to ensure that transfers of personal information are in accordance with applicable law and fully managed to protect your privacy rights and interests.

Kalinka Group uses a third-party service provider to track phone calls and text messages between you and real estate professionals so that we and the real estate professional can access certain details about the contact. As part of this process, Kalinka Group and its service provider will receive in real time and store data about your call or text message, including the date and time of the call or text message, your phone number, and the content of the text message.

If you are subject to laws that provide you with such rights, depending on certain exceptions and the processing activity we are undertaking, you may have certain rights in relation to your personal information, such as the right to,
